So what do experienced candidates offer?

  • Many of them were around in the last Recession and know what it’s like!
  • They are often available at short notice and can hit the ground running.
  • They offer full time, part time and interim solutions.
  • They need minimum training and supervision.
  • They understand that CASH IS KING!
  • They are not on a career path and so are more likely to stay the course.

I set up Matureaccountants in 2005 having discovered at first hand that:

  • It can be tough if you fall off the corporate ladder, whatever your age and experience.
  • Being over 40 and out of work is NOT a good combination!

Our fees are 15% and are totally contingent upon success

I look forward to hearing from you.

Life is returning to the UK jobs market - REC
The latest unemployment figures from the Office for National Statistics show the smallest rise in the jobless total since mid 2008 and a decrease in the number of benefit claimants. Commenting on the data, REC Chief Executive, Kevin Green said: "The latest figures confirm that life is returning to the UK jobs market and is consistent with our own Report on Jobs which shows demand for staff at its highest level for two years. "Despite this more positive picture, the reality is that unemployment will continue to edge upwards well into next year which is why we need a real focus on helping those out of work.
