Our purpose is to deliver effective, long-lasting solutions to the social, environmental and economic problems experienced by people living in disadvantaged communities.  We listen to individuals and communities - engaging them, advocating for them, and facilitating change where it is most needed.   Role Description:   This is a job for someone who loves Excel, who loves making data accessible and accurate, and who loves interpreting it in plain English for people to understand. The main focus of the role will be data and data analysis, monitoring of learning programme quality and administration of qualifications and accreditations. The purpose of the role is to ensure accurate, quality capture and monitoring of learner data for the purposes of understanding and improving the reach, quality and impact of Vital Regeneration's learnings programmes. The Data and Monitoring Officer will have responsibility for Vital Regeneration's Learner Management Information Systems. The role will also involve some general team administration support and event co-ordination, as well as organisation-wide data protection responsibilities. A full and detailed job description is available to interested candidates. Experience & Skills Required:   Experience of managing, monitoring and evaluating data efficiently and effectively. Experience of planning/administering learning programmes. Experience of using a range of IT packages, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Access (or similar database systems) to an advanced level. Experience of supporting or managing quality assurance (ideally for a learning provider). Ability to work under pressure and be flexible in finding solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels. Ability to understand client and beneficiary needs. Tenacious, resilient and able to multi-task.
