My client is a 200 strong accounting franchise. This role is for the franchisor and will be based in Norwich. |

Role Description:
|
The job holder will be a member of the Technical Helpdesk team, supporting a network of over 700 franchisees and staff in dealing with a very wide range of accountancy and taxation enquiries. The job-holder will also undertake technical visits to franchisee premises.

Experience &
Skills Required:
|
Candidates must have suitable practice experience with an emphasis on taxation work and should be able to deal efficiently with high volumes of enquiries. Other requirements include: good prioritisation, time management and communication skills.
