The product range includes digital photo frames, digital audio and video players, TV media centres, DVD players and accessories. Although a relatively young brand the team behind it have been successfully working together since 2003 on developing many innovative digital consumer products. The first step of the company is to firmly conquer the UK market and in the medium to long-term, expand on an international scale, targeting first the European market, and ultimately the rest of the world. Role Description:   Responsible for: Finance, Book-keeping and inventory control. To carry out, to an exceptionally high standard of accuracy, the financial accounting, reporting, control and other administrative duties across the three small group Companies in line with legal requirements and using best practice whenever and wherever possible. Tasks Book Keeping Post purchase invoices as appropriate Post sales invoices and check as required Credit control Supplier and customer account reconciliation Bank reconciliation monthly Production of quarterly VAT returns, including, but not limited to, preparation, filing quarterly reconciliation of Vat control accounts Reconciliation of Purchase and Sales Ledger control accounts Preparation of monthly management reports including P&L and Balance Sheet. Using Mamut E5 Accounting System. Sales admin Checking of sales invoices against pricing matrix Issuing pick lists and delivery notes to the warehouse Purchase admin Issuing purchase orders to supplier Instructing stock takes to warehouse Booking stock onto the system (posting purchase invoices) Financial Management General financial management Preparation of annual budgets Carrying out of 'mini audits' Inventory control/management & instruction of inventory movements. Margin Control Monitoring margins per product category and each model number.
