We have deep understanding of the product, but the accounting view would be useful additional detail. There is an immediate piece of work for about a week to 10 days followed by expert witness work and longer term opportunities. Experience & Skills Required:   Ideal candidate will be former Big 4 partner or senior in-house audit/control manager in charge of CDO accounting policies. Must have direct experience of policy formulation and accounting for synthetic CDOs under FAS.
